Our Pi-View delivers high-level information extending to the single-molecule level, derived from PPI data detected on the Pi-Chip.
Our single-molecule analysis algorithm accurately converts PPI information into digital data.
The results can be flexibly utilized according to the user's objectives, including images, analytical values, and visualization data.
Core functions
1. Acquires fluorescence signals at the single molecule level using the TIRF (Total Internal Reflection Fluorescence) optical system
2. Selectively detects target PPI complexes formed by substrate proteins on the surface of the Pi-Chip.
