Single-Molecule Quantification
Our Pi-View delivers high-level information extending to the single-molecule level, derived from PPI data detected on the Pi-Chip.
							Our single-molecule analysis algorithm accurately converts PPI information into digital data. 
							The results can be flexibly utilized according to the user's objectives, including images, analytical values, and visualization data.
 
							Core functions
- 1. Acquires fluorescence signals at the single molecule level using the TIRF (Total Internal Reflection Fluorescence) optical system 
- 2. Selectively detects target PPI complexes formed by substrate proteins on the surface of the Pi-Chip.
