PROTEINA’s Pi-View delivers high-level information extending to the single-molecule level, derived from PPI data detected on the Pi-Chip.
PROTEINA’s single-molecule analysis algorithm accurately converts PPI information into digital data.
The results can be flexibly utilized according to the user's objectives, including images, analytical values, and visualization data.
Core functions
1. Acquire fluorescence signals at the single molecule level using the TIRF (Total Internal Reflection Fluorescence) optical system
2. Selectively analyze only PPI caused by proteins on the substrate surface through imaging within 150 nm of the Pi-Chip surface
3. Provides autofocusing and Pi-Chip full scanning functions
